Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Victorian Olive Groves, Australia, produces one of the finest quality extra virgin olive oils in the market and are regarded as among the top 3% of evoos in the world. VOG has earned many awards, both Australian and international, and have been acknowledged in Judy Ridgway's book "Best Olive Oil Buys Around The World".

VARIETIES (EVOO)

Black Harvest Manzanillo - Full fruit flavour with a nutty inference. A late pepper finish and mild bitterness make this a well-balanced oil with an overall lighter, more delicate flacour.

- Early Harvst Frantoio - Full bodied, hearty oil, characteristic of the variety with good pepper finish and mild palate bitterness. Well-balanced.

- Harvest Blend - A special blend, designed for everyday use, has superb taste and quality. Fruity and lightly aromatic with subtle piquancy. Fresh and green on the palate with a pleasant mellow finish.

VOG INFUSED OIL

All VOG infused oils use Harvest Blend as the base. To this, a small amount of cold-pressed citrus or garlic oils is added to provide wonderful zest.

Manaarin Infused EVOO - The skins of mandarins are cold-pressed to extract the oil (zest). The citrus oil is characterized by the light but distinct aromas of freshly peeled fruit blended with oilve oil. The resulting infused oil reveals a tang on th epoint on the front palate with a clean, clear flavour. Overall senssations of citrus and grassiness, with a hint of pepper on the back palate.

Lemon Infused EVOO - Lemon skins are cold-pressed to extract the zest oil. The infused oil is fresh and light with clear and distinct aromas of lemon. Clean citrus flavours onthe front palate, lingering until mild back palate pepper kicks in.

Garlic Infused EVOO - Cold-pressed Australian garlic oil. Mild pungency and late back pepper. Lingering aromas of garlic but with clean palate.

SIZES

All varietal evoo and infused oils come in 250 ml and 500 ml sizes. Bottles are in dark glass to preserve the quality and fine tastes of VOG oils. All comes with built-in pourers.

For food service, the follwoing sizes are available:

- 4 litres can (built-in pourer)

- 10 litre drum (tap)

- 20 litre drum (tap)

Food service sizes are unfiltered and of the variety Harvest Blend.
